What to Eat Before Training

What you eat before a workout can be the most important part in what you'll get out of a session and can dictate weather or not you achieving your goals. Always eat for the type of training you are going to do. For example protein rich food for strength training and Carbs for power. I love protein pancakes as a breakfast pre workout though if I don't have enough time I normally opt for oats with nuts, seeds, and fruit. You can even try mixing your protein powder in with your morning oats. Make sure you eat about 30-60 min before training to gain maximum benefit.
